Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We check for messages throughout the day, evenings, and weekends. If you leave a message at any time, we will usually return your call the same day or evening.

If you reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, student's grade and subject(s) requiring help, school district, and best time to return your call.

Consultation Appointments

We are flexible on days and times for consultation appointments. We need to meet with the student and the parents (for K-12 students), so we need to set a time where the necessary individual(s) are home. Consultations are often during evening and weekend hours.
